0 Exchange mail crashes & iPad Looping Reboot of Death

I need to access our Lotus Notes-based email that goes through the Exchange server connection at work. After setting up my iPad to access exchange mailbox, mail works fine for a while and then crashes. Then goes into a "Looping Reboot of Death" cycle.
