If you happened to be our regular reader, and you do follow our news, you might know that the Motorola ATRIX 4G and the HTC Inspire landed at AT&T with their HSUPA radio disabled. The carrier announced turning on the HSUPA radio on both phones with a software update. AT&T has told CNET, that they will do it sometime in April. Last time cusnomers were unhappy when it was disclosed that both models had been rolled out without the faster upload speed, users complained to the Better Business Bureau and other consumer-oriented organizations. This time HSUPA will let to upload speeds as high as 5.76Mbps. And now the Samsung Infuse will be launched with HSUPA enabled right out of the box, AT&T informs, to show they have indeed understood their mistake. So lets give them a chance to fix this bug, at least they do understand it is important for consumers, to know they were heard.
