0 iOS4 for iPad Released on September 1?

Apple has scheduled a special media event for September 1. Experts speculate that that is latest lineup of iPods. Being an Apple follower, you may think Apple will releases iOS 4 for the iPad.Will Apple release iOS 4 for the iPad on September 1?My understanding is that I really don�t think they will release this yet. The developers have not got the betas from Apple to finish the next iOS 4
