After upgraded to the lates, my iPad always crashed. So I was forced it to restore with a long process. But I found that all my purchased apps and a few freebies didn't restore. How to get back the apps without repurchasing them?

After you have purchased any apps, you can re-download again without repurchasing it. Just go to the app store and download it for free.
