0 iOS 4.3 Beta 2 Now Available to Developers, iPad's Gestures not Coming !

Apple has just released iOS 4.3 beta 2 to developers. This beta release is only available for members enrolled the iOS Dev Center program.

Apple has informed all the developers that the new iPad's gestures are not coming in the public launch of iOS 4.3.
